Hi, I’m Hannah.
I’ve spent the last 13 years within the NHS, walking alongside children, adults, and families through some of their most difficult days. My journey started with a Psychology degree at Leeds and grew into a career as a Mental Health Nurse—a role that taught me the true value of human connection, resilience, and the importance of having a safe space to land.
Why I started this practice
I founded this business because I am deeply passionate about providing therapy that feels personal, not just clinical. I believe that everyone deserves a space that is as warm and welcoming as it is professional. This practice is the result of my own belief in the therapeutic process—not just as a practitioner, but as someone who values and pursues my own continuing journey of personal development and growth.
I’ve seen in my own life how transformative it is to lean into self-discovery, and that fuels my love for what I do. It’s why I’ve dedicated myself to becoming a trained CBT therapist and a specialist in eating disorder recovery (MANTRA and FT-AN/BN). I don’t just offer these tools; I believe in them.
My Approach
I set up this practice to ensure that when you reach out, you’re met with a person who truly loves what they do and understands that we are all constantly growing. My approach combines evidence-based, specialist care with a genuine, non-judgemental heart. Whether we are working through a specific diagnosis or navigating a tough season, I am here to listen, to learn with you, and to walk alongside you on your own path to growth
“I believe therapy is a shared journey of growth - one that I am as committed to in my own life as I am for those who I support”
