What Happens After You Reach Out?

Taking this step can feel like a lot, so here is exactly what you can expect from me:

  1. The Initial Connection: Once you hit send, I’ll receive your message securely. I personally review all inquiries and will get back to you within 24–48 business hours.

  2. The Consultation: We’ll set up a brief, 30-minute video consultation. This is a no-pressure way for us to see if we’re a good "fit" and for you to ask any questions about my approach.

  3. The First Session: If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a confirmation email which will contain a therapy contract. We’ll then schedule our first full session to begin dive into your goals and start the healing process.
